On the Block | Pending Development in the Pearl

There are two more Pearl projects traversing the design review process. We'll supply more details as they become available.

The first proposed building is a 5-story half-block office building with ground floor retail and a pedestrian plaza located at 1325 NW 14th Avenue. This address is currently home to Penske Truck Rental. This project is by Fosler Portland Architecture.

The second proposal is a new 6-story mixed use building. The ground floor will include parking, retail space and a lobby. One below-grade level of parking is also proposed. Entrance to the parking areas will be from NW 15th Avenue. The top 5 stories of the building will include 150 apartment units. This project is located at 1035 NW 14th -- currently home to Fulfillment Corporation of America (14th and Lovejoy) -- presented by Myhre Group.
