Thank you to PTP Volunteers

by pearlgirl
Saturday was glorious -- the perfect Portland day for any number of things; but 44 volunteers elected to pick up trash in the neighborhood. :-)

Thanks to all of the volunteers and to our sponsors -- Umpqua Bank, Legacy Health Systems, Peet's Coffee, Whole Foods Market, Multi-Services, Rogue Ales, West Coast Bank, Cheeky B, and Powell's Books.

Bridgeport Condominiums won the "Pride of the Pearl" award for the residential building with the most volunteers. They had 13 total. Way to go BCA!!! Multi-Services won the "Pride of the Pearl" award for the business with the most volunteers. They had 4 total. Way to go MSI!!!

Here's a list of the final results:

We had one accident on Satuday. Sheri Winkelman stepped on a rusty nail at 14th and Quimby and had to be rushed to Good Sam. OUCH!!! We all love Sheri and wish her a speedy recovery. :-D

Thanks again to everyone that made this event a success!
