Now in its third year, the Time-Based Art Festival continues to push buttons, boundaries and limits. Join us September 9-18, 2005, as we introduce work of global consequence by artists who move us forward in the most wondrous ways.

Over the course of ten days the Portland Institute for Contemporary Art (PICA)> presents moving bodies, images and sound in more than a dozen venues and in some pretty unlikely places from the sidewalk to the bridges right here in Portland, Oregon.
