The Art of Moving

by pearlgirl
Pulliam Deffenbaugh is pleased to announce its move to a new space on the corner of NW Flanders at 9th Avenue designed by AIA award winner Rick Potestio. The gallery plans to move in September, 2005 when renovations are completed (exact date will be forthcoming as construction progress permits). In 1988, pioneering what has become known as the Pearl District, the gallery opened its doors in a small space on NW Glisan Street. A year and a few months later, the gallery moved to its current location where it has flourished. Ownership of the new gallery space on Flanders Street sets the stage for many more years of providing fine art to the region and beyond.

The summer gallery group exhibition is a celebration of esthetic contributions of Pulliam Deffenbaugh artists. New works by Brian Borrello, James Boulton, Brenden Clenaghen, G. Lewis Clevenger, Anna Fidler, Richard Hoyen, Linda Hutchins, Ken Kelly, and Jeffry Mitchell, Paula Overbay, Curtis Phillips among other gallery artists will be featured.
