Times are tough, and things just got a little tougher for one of your neighbors.
Sometime between November 10-13, Creston-Kenilworth neighbor Trinka Enell's shiny new PT Cruiser—her first new car in 14 years—was hit by another vehicle on SE 28th Avenue (between Holgate and Gladstone). The grill and bumper were damaged pretty badly and the driver didn't leave a note.
