We've just learned that Chipotle Mexican Grill has leased space in the Asa Flats and Lofts at NW Lovejoy and 12th Avenue. Neighbors are loving the additional cheap eats option. Can't have too many of those, right?
In other food news, Studio {1} has opened in the former SoLo Bar space at 1300 NW Lovejoy. We hear it's a full-service restaurant and martini bar, but haven't had a chance to stop by and check it out. If anyone has details, please add them in the comment section.
In case you haven't heard, Vault Martini has leased the former District space at 232 NW 12th Avenue and plans to open a new watering hole called Jinx Bar. Stay tuned for more details!
