Overlook Village, Portland's newest business district, is hosting its very first celebration on August 1, 9 a.m.–10 p.m. The festival will feature street vendors, artists, sidewalk sales, "Bring Your Wheels" car and bike show, live entertainment and food/drink specials at participating venues.
