Spinning rides, skee-ball, elephant ears, carnival barkers, and flashing lights are what you see, hear, and smell as you walk down the midway of the Rose Festival's Waterfront Village. It's a place where people let down their guard, relax, and have fun. The midway also has an undercurrent of fear and mystery, which gives that fun a hard edge. Photographers love places like this, because opposing emotions create tension and that makes for interesting photos...

So fun to look at these, thank you for sharing! I love the super bright neon energy that you captured in the images. My six year old says thank you as well. We love a good carnival.
