Sip & Kranz is closed today, but plans to reopen tomorrow. Unfortunately, the building in which S&K is located had a water problem which caused flooding in both S&K and the garage below. S&K will spend the day cleaning and plans to open regular hours tomorrow. We will let you know if anything changes.

Seems to be a recurring theme with that building, doesn't it? I really feel for the owners. Ouch.
This appears to be a different issue than what has happened in the past. While there is a theory we won't know until it's cleaned up and investigated.
Aren't there people that live in that building that we all know too? eek xoxo
The water intrusion didn't affect others in the building. Unfortunately for S&K, they were the only business or resident that had flooding in their space. The rest of the flooding was contained to the garage below.
