Vallaster Corl is probably the best firm in town for this type of site; can't wait to see what they come up with. This will be an excellent addition to the area, and it is great to see development happening, even though the Bridgehead is nothing but a White Elephant at this point.
It's unfortunate that this will demolish two old apartment buildings that are significant landmarks. The one to the west especially used to be remarkable, with giant two-story columns on the facade. The columns now seem to have been recently removed, rendering the building a shadow of it's former self. Too bad they won't be demolishing the west half of the block instead, where there's nothing significant there.
