Outdoor Apparel Company Coming to the Pearl

According to the Portland Business Journal, an outoor apparel company is moving into 526 NW 13th in the ground floor of the Modern Confectionery Lofts (in the former home of A Place in Time). This is the company's third store. Curious who it is??? Find out here.
