On the foie gras front...

Another restaurant was targeted by animal rights activists for serving foie gras, Alberta Street Oyster Bar and Grill. Though I don't think you can call the protest a "success". Before they got started, the owner of the restaurant greeted the protesters and informed them that the foie gras had been removed from the menu. It turns out the removal was part of a strategic shift to shop at local farmers markets, and not a philosophical alignment with the protesters.

Ten01 may get another visit since foie gras has returned to the menu due to customer demand. It seems that more than restaurateurs like foie gras. Since customers demanded the item return to the menu, can we now expect protesters to target individuals entering the restaurant?
