I have a theory about our delightfully sunny weather. The golden orb in the sky isn't the sun, it's a large glowing lemon radiating spring time warmth from its position at NW 10th and Everett.It's no coincidence that Cupcake Jones is basking in its warm glow. As creators of the Spring Lemon Cupcake, they are responsible for tantalizing our taste buds with lemony spring goodness.
Damn you, Cupcake Jones! After tasting the Spring Lemon Cupcake, we just can't get enough of them. We're addicted to the fresh, clean taste of moist lemon cake filled with lemon curd pastry cream and topped with lemony cream cheese icing. If that wasn't enough, every Spring Lemon Cupcake is topped with a pucker-inducing, hand-candied lemon wedge.
We've already consumed 4 jumbos and 2 minis and it's what, March 6? sigh. Please save us from ourselves and pick up your own Spring Lemon Cupcake. Make that a dozen!
