ART DEPARTMENT and the Central Eastside Industrial Council, along with businesses along Southeast 9th Avenue, are planning a free, all-ages block party event on September 18, 11 a.m.-dark to celebrate the emerging creative scene in the Central Eastside.
Block Party at Ninth Row will feature food carts, street performers, live music, spirit tastings from Distillery Row distillers, afterparties, and a wide range of artisan/artist/local business vendors.
