Oregon Buddhist Temple Presents Obonfest 2010, a Free Community Festival. The Japanese Buddhist festival celebrating and commemorating our ancestors features Bon Odori (public dance), taiko performances by Portland Taiko (4 and 6 p.m.) and its youth group Tanuki Taiko, martial arts demonstrations, and temple talks for those interested in learning about Jodo Shinshu Buddhism. This annual Obonfest celebration draws hundreds of festival goers every year.
