Event location: Mississippi Avenue, between Fremont & Skidmore
Join us Saturday, February 13 for a day filled with family fun and celebrating Mardi Gras! There will be mask making, and bike decorating at the Q Center with face painting and balloon artists. Then you and the kids can join in on our Moving Street Parade at 3:00 p.m. which starts at Skidmore and ends at Fremont. Follow that up with photos and puppet show from Mudeye Puppet Company at the Mississippi Pizza Pub.
Schedule
- 12-1:30 p.m.: Mask decorating at Q Center plus face painting
- 1-2:30 p.m.: Spelling Bee, plus face painting and mask decorating at Mississippi Pizza
- 2:45 p.m.: Gathering at Bros of Haiti for parade participants
- 3 p.m.: Parade begins at Fremont and ends at QC for prizes, pictures, balloons
- 4 p.m.: Puppet show at Q Center
