Families and Cohousing Discussion

Event date: November 9th, 2008 12:00 PM

Event location: Hollywood Public Library, 4040 NE Tillamook Street

Would you like to raise your family in an urban village?

Come hear what families who live in Portland cohousing communities-or plan to-have to say about raising a family in cohousing at a panel discussion at the Hollywood Library. The event is open to the public and children are welcome. The discussion will be ASL interpreted.

There will also be brief introductions to Portland cohousing communities by people from several such communities. The event is sponsored by Daybreak Cohousing, a growing multigenerational community currently building 30 flats and townhomes on North Killingsworth Street in the Overlook neighborhood of North Portland.
