Since 2009, Amy Durocher and Brooke DeLeon have been helping Portland parents dress their children in quality used, durable clothes. They've also been dressing expectant mothers, too, through their resale-retail, maternity-children's boutique. Mingled in with the dresses, coats, sweaters, and shoes are brand new art supplies, books and traditional toys made for what Durocher calls "creative play," including puzzles, rocking horses and paper dolls.
