After years of rumors about hotels in the Pearl, real plans to develop one are underway. Representatives of SERA Architects have scheduled a pre-application conference with the Bureau of Development Services proposing “a new, six-story, 225-room hotel” on NW 9th Avenue at NW Marshall Street.
