Plans for Sabin Triangle Reviewed at Fall General Meeting

The Sabin Community Association held its fall general meeting on October 17 at which neighbors reviewed plans to redesign Sabin Triangle. Hotel Planned for Pearl District

After years of rumors about hotels in the Pearl, real plans to develop one are underway. Representatives of SERA Architects have scheduled a pre-application conference with the Bureau of Development Services proposing “a new, six-story, 225-room hotel” on NW 9th Avenue at NW Marshall Street. Lents Farmers' Market Moving to Fridays in 2012 Season

Update 6/14/2012: The 2012 season of the Lents International Farmers Market runs every Sunday, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., from June 17 through Oct. 28. At the start of the 2012 season on June 15, the Lents Farmers’ Market will be held on Fridays from 3 to 8 p.m. instead of Sunday mornings.
