Albea Iris has open its doors in the Pearl. It's located in the space last occupied by Gari, 318 NW 11th Ave.

We must say good bye to Possession. Located at 1204 NW Glisan, the liquidation signs up in the windows paint a pretty clear picture. I haven't heard much about the reasons why, but would have to guess it has something to do with the economy, maybe a product mix that didn't quite work. If anyone has any details please share them.
