Isabel's Is Open (Softly)

Isabel's Bistro opened quietly today and is having an extended soft opening. Someone we know happened to be walking past, saw they were open, and had a late lunch. While the restaurant still has some finishing touches to complete, our friends think it will be a hit. During the soft opening Isabel's will be open 7:30AM to 3PM everyday. Dinner is being planned for sometime after the new year.

Isabel's is located at the corner of NW 10th and Flanders, adjacent to the Elizabeth.

I can't wait to try it. We'll let you know what we think.
