What's going on at Yoshida's?

Walking around yesterday Pearlgirl and I noticed that Yoshida's has their windows papered over. The lights are still on and there are signs taped to the doors that read "DELIVERIES PLEASE KNOCK LOUD". Does anyone know what's going on?
